3 x battles to test out your moves at Te Oro
Taupuhi (Taups) Toki and Diana Hu will offer a weekly battle and practice session over the summer for all B-boys and B-girls to come together, to bust some moves and practice in preparation for the Te Oro battle on 28 January at Pt England Reserve, as part of the Music in Parks, MAI FM Summer Jam. Open to all ages and levels.

The Breaks NZ
The Breaks NZ supports New Zealand’s breaking and hip hop community, connecting people and creating opportunities. Founded by Kent Christensen, the Breaks NZ is responsible for multiple annual Bboy events including the NZ Redbull BC 1 qualifiers and Battlecry.
The Breaks NZ community is unified through hip hop culture. Hip hop was created by young people as a positive outlet that promotes peace, love and unity.
