Matene Karena
Matene Karena, a Tuhoe/Taranaki native, who has resided in Glen Innes for the last 8 years. By day, Matene is H.O.D Languages and teaches Maori Preforming Arts and by night he is a Vinyl enthusiast and a seasoned collector.
He regular gigs around Auckland with Soul All-Dayer, Conch Records, Tom Tom Club as part of 2015/16 summer season and hosted Shaken not Stirred on Wed nights at KFM, 2009 -2011.
