About
Laughter echoes and bounces
Pink peach on the wall
Peach pink on the floor
Your voice will live on
Forever in death
Lifetimes we live
Will never forget
Heirlooms worn
On the crowns of our head
Curls that hold memories
Of blood, bone and love
Queen and Priestess
We carry our mother and ancestors well.
Tufala Meri (sisters, Molana and Reina Sutton) share moments from thier personal lives. Thier hair culture is intrinsically linked to their Mother, Tyrial Molana Kobiau Sutton. Their creative lives also hold strands that are rooted in relationships that are akin to family.
