About

This winter, Pacific Dance NZ returns to Te Oro Arts Centre in Glen Innes with a short, but exciting, high-energy Winter School Holiday Programme for tamariki and rangatahi aged 5-18yrs.

For one week, our young people will be immersed into the storytelling movement of the Pacific, with Siva Samoa and Street dance. Led by our incredible experienced and emerging Pacific artists and Choreographers, participants will gain an insight into Pacific movement and how to develop their own expression of dance in a welcoming and guided environment.

The programme will conclude with a fun showing for whānau, a chance for our young dancers to shine on stage and celebrate their achievements. Open to all levels, from first-time dancers to seasoned movers.
