About

This immersive one-day workshop guides you through the intricate process of crafting theatre and dance works from conception to final presentation.

Explore various approaches to performance making. In the morning, you'll delve into movement exploration, discovering innovative pathways of physical expression and creative thinking. Break through any boundaries and learn to generate movement that speaks volumes.

The afternoon shifts to the power of text and theatrical composition. You'll develop skills in weaving dialogue, narrative, and movement into a seamless artistic statement. Learn how physical and verbal storytelling can complement and elevate each other.

The workshop culminates in each student creating a dynamic 3 minute performance that showcases the techniques and insights gained throughout the day. Walk away with new tools, expanded creative confidence, and a fresh perspective on performance art.

Perfect for aspiring performers, dancers, choreographers, theatre makers, and anyone passionate about pushing the boundaries of live performance.
