About
The 7th Annual Te Kōtuku Cultural Festival is a celebration of kapa haka and cultural performance, bringing together schools and communities from across Tāmaki Makaurau.
Alongside the performances, a vibrant market will run throughout the day in the marae carpark, featuring food stalls, crafts, and community stalls.
The marae is also proud to host Tribu Paghidaet – the Dinagyang 2025 Champions from Iloilo, Philippines, as a special international guest performance to showcase how culture meets performing arts.

Ruapotaka Marae is an urban Marae that works in the Maungakiekie-Tamaki district where three iwi sit. Ngai Tai ki Tamaki, Ngati Paoa and Ngati Whatua.
